Terms and Conditions for Heximas Crop

Welcome to Heximas Crop, a comprehensive farming app designed to assist farmers, agronomists, agro-dealers, and buyers in efficiently managing agricultural activities. By downloading, accessing, or using the Heximas Crop mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Heximas Crop (“Company”).

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

  • You are required to create an account to access certain features of the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent from the Company.

  • The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  1. Subscription and Fees

Certain features of the App may require a subscription or payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of these features and acknowledge that these fees are non-refundable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kenya.
